- Synthesis and characterisation of the physical properties of complex oxide thin films and superlattices : structure, magnetism, transport :

- Magnetism and transport of 2D strongly correlated electrons in geometrically confined doping systems

- High capacitance materials and devices

- Micro- and nanostructured oxide thin films :
