Activity

Growth, structural and physical properties of oxide thin films and superlatticesprepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition.
Study of the effect of the strain regime generated by the substrate on the structural and the physical properties of the thin films or the superlattices.


Techniques

Sputtering, Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD), Laser-MBE, X-ray diffraction, SEM, TEM (Diffraction and high resolution), magnetic and electron transport measurements.
